THE OFFICE /HOTEL COMPLEX ”DOMANIEWSKA”

The design foresees the construction of two 8 – storey
buildings of B+ standard and a 8-storey four-star hotel,
along with gastronomic part and conference centre for
330 persons. The whole complex is set upon 3-storey
underground parking of 438 parking spaces, connected
functionally with vertical communication with over-ground
part. A SPA with a swimming pool, a gym, a squash
court , aerobic exercise hall and a night club are located
on level -2.
The main objective of the project was to maximise the
usable area in order to achieve the maximum number of
rooms and office area, as well as to give the whole
complex an individual character and attractive architectural
expression, building up the Investor’s
brand’sprestige.
