The 3-star existing hotel is located in the city area of Kiev, in the close vicinity of the Kiev Stadium. The main goal was to extend the building, creating 4-star hotel , which would be combined with a new Convention Center. The designers created elegant complex standing out of its surrounding. The hotel tower consists of 30 levels connected with 2 underground levels. 3-storey podium is functionally linked with existing building, while the tower is completely separated.
