The Office and Convention Center is located in the city area of Kiev in the close vicinity of the Kiev Stadium. Together with a 4-star hotel it comprises a congress complex. The main goal was to create an elegant building standing out of its surrounding. The building is composed of two volumes connected with 3 storey underground car park and 4 storey glazed entrance lobby. The 7 storey above the ground house a conference center, offices, casino and night club, a restaurant and fitness club.
